Parcel up to: 2 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 31,5 kg. Parcel shipping within Germany.
What does each label include?
Tracking included. Liability for loss or damage up to €500* * Liability under the applicable DHL terms. Permitted dimensions and contents depend on the parcel product.
Where can I use the labels?
Germany only · No bulky goods · No additional services.
How much do parcel labels cost?
2 kg: 2,98 € · 5 kg: 4,17 € · 10 kg: 5,36 € · 31,5 kg: 7,74 € (incl. 19% VAT). Listed prices apply to regular orders. Better terms for higher volumes are agreed individually. VAT is calculated on the total net amount; for multiple labels, cent rounding may differ from the sum of individual gross prices.
Are volume or business discounts available?
Better terms may be available for higher volumes. Ask for an individual volume or business discount based on your parcel classes, quantities and workflow.
How do I receive labels and invoices?
Receive labels as a PDF or through your individually agreed shop integration. Your invoice is provided together with the labels.
When do I pay?
Private and business customers pay by invoice within 14 days. Payment details are shown on your invoice.
Can my shop system be integrated?
Integration is possible for eBay, shop platforms and inventory systems. Custom systems and high volumes can also be considered. We agree the technical implementation based on available interfaces and access permissions.
What does the customer area offer?
View orders and inquiries, exchange messages and download available parcel labels and invoices. Sign in using a code sent to your email address.
