Service and prices

DHL parcel labels up to 2, 5, 10 and 31.5 kg for standard domestic shipping within Germany only. Tracking and liability up to €500 under DHL terms are included. No bulky goods, international shipping or additional services. Net prices per label: €2.50 / €3.50 / €4.50 / €6.50 plus 19% VAT. The final total including VAT is displayed before submission. There are no additional provision fees. Volume discounts are agreed individually.

Placing an order

Select quantities and billing details, review your order and correct it before submitting. “Order with obligation to pay” submits a binding offer. The automatic receipt does not accept the order. A contract is concluded with our separate order confirmation. The contract language is German; other translations aid understanding. Order details are sent by email and shown in your customer area.

Delivery and payment

Labels are provided digitally as PDFs or through an individually agreed shop integration, together with the invoice. Labels are not issued automatically or instantly. We agree the provision date before confirming the order. Private and business customers pay within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Bank details are on the invoice.

Consumer rights

Consumers retain their statutory withdrawal and defect rights. See “Withdraw from a contract” for information and the online function. Requesting early provision does not alone waive statutory rights.
