Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period is fourteen days from conclusion of the contract.

How to withdraw

Notify A-Z Dienstleistungen, Nico Zeuschner, Eresburgstraße 24, 12103 Berlin, Germany, info@az-paketmarken.de with a clear statement. Use the form below, email or letter. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient. If you have no order number, identify the contract by email.

Consequences

Payments received are refunded without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without refund fees. Where legally applicable, a proportionate amount may be due for services expressly requested and already provided before the withdrawal period ended.
